When you contact us through the chat widget on this website, by email, or by phone, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, and email address — so that we can respond to your inquiry and provide our services.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your requests, to contact you about our services, and — only with your express written consent, given separately for each category — to send you SMS text messages. Those categories are informational and transactional messages, and promotional messages. You may consent to one, both, or neither.
SMS Messaging Program
This section is the “terms” referenced by the consent checkboxes on our chat widget. Together with the rest of this page it is the complete privacy policy and terms of our text messaging program.
Program name: Gemina Automation LLC customer care, appointment notifications, and promotional messages.
How you opt in. The only place we collect an SMS opt-in is the chat widget on this website. The widget asks for your name and mobile phone number and presents two separate, unchecked consent checkboxes. Neither is pre-selected, and you must tick a box yourself for us to text you in that category:

We do not add anyone to our messaging program who has not ticked one of those boxes, and we never buy, rent, or import phone number lists.
What we send — informational and transactional. Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, replies to questions you have asked us, and customer service updates related to work we are doing for you.
What we send — promotional. If and only if you ticked the second checkbox: occasional offers, service announcements, and marketing messages from Gemina Automation LLC about our own services. We never send promotional messages on behalf of anyone else.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. In most cases this is a small number of conversational messages per month, plus no more than four promotional messages per month if you opted in to those.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Gemina Automation LLC does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also email us at skylerking5699@gmail.com to be removed.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Consent is never required. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your phone number and your SMS opt-in consent — with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Your information is used solely by Gemina Automation LLC to deliver the services you request.
We do use service providers to operate our business — for example, the platform that hosts our CRM and delivers our messages. These providers process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.
Data Retention and Security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or opt out of any communication, at any time. Email skylerking5699@gmail.com and we will act on the request.
